Abstract
Vietnamese language interview with Hiếu (Alex) Trần, son of a political prisoner, who describes his experiences escaping Vietnam by boat. He came to the United States in 1992 through the Humanitarian Operation under the Orderly Departure Program after his father was released from serving thirteen years in a reeducation camp.
