Vu, Phan

Abstract

Phan Vu was born in April of 1933. As a young adult, he studied philosophy in Saigon, and until 1966 he served in the South Vietnamese Army and rose to the rank of lieutenant. He then became a high school French teacher. After the Fall of Saigon in 1975, he was arrested at his school and sent to a reeducation camp until 1979.
